What the heck is a SAKWiki and more importantly, why should you care?

We launched SAKWiki.com a little while ago as an all encompassing resource for anyone to use- no membership required to browse the info contained there, search feature to find the info you want in a timely manner, and answer any questions you may have without having to search through all the silly hair brained stories and articles we have here on SOSAKOnline.

In short, it's an encyclopedia.  Facts and raw information, straight up with no runaround, which definitely holds a certain amount of appeal for some folks, and I certainly don't blame them.  While articles and stories may be a good read, the information can be spread through them.

Now here's where you come in.  As with any encyclopedia, SAKWiki.com isn't put together by one person, but a group of people.  SAKWiki.com is something anyone can access and edit, so if you have any information that might be of interest to other collectors or users, sign up and add it in for the next person.

It's actually pretty easy.  If I can do it, anyone can.  I know what you are thinking- "this guy is full of it- he owns several successful websites, he must know what he's doing."  Honestly, I haven't got a clue how most of this stuff works, which is why we have Esteban- he handles all the tech stuff, because I have no idea what I am doing!

All you have to do is log in, select a page, click on "Edit" and add whatever you like.  If you are worried about screwing stuff up, there's what they call "The Sandbox" which doesn't change anything until you tell it to.  Plus, pages are archived, so if you really mess up, supposedly the guys who know what they are doing (on the Wiki it's our old buddy RedRamage) can roll it back in no time!

So check it out, sign up, add whatever info you have, and be glad that you contributed to the SAK community at large!
