Anyone bored of these oddities yet?

This month’s Collection Highlights feature is the Urban Chameleon Upper Class model, and let me tell you, if you think the ALOX models are upper class, this one blows them away!

It begins with a standard Waiter/Bartender model with the usual Urban Chameleon logo etched onto the main blade, and also featuring the combo tool and corkscrew, but the scales are anything but ordinary, as folks should come to expect by now!

The Upper Class has a silver and gold tinted, highly polished and padded leather scales, which probably will be a pain in the butt to photograph, so don’t expect any really good shots of it this month!  I’ll do my best, but as you all know by now, I’m no pro!

Certainly everyone reading for any length of time knows by now that the Urban Chameleon line is very unorthodox, which is what makes it so fascinating to myself and other collectors.  With the number of custom mods that our own in house modders have created, it’s nice to see that Victorinox has been at the cutting edge (no pun intended) of experimentation with some strange customs!  To most, these models seem nothing more than absurdities, but like any art form, it’s appreciated or not by each person who sees them.  All I can say is, I like them!
